You undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only. You must be eighteen years or over to use this Site. You agree that e-mail can be used as the primary means of communication.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Audiosightseeing Ltd until we accept your order (via londonaudiotours.com) by way of a confirmation e-mail and have received payment in full for the goods you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check that the details contained within this confirmation e-mail are correct. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Audiosightseeing Ltd as soon as possible. You undertake that all details provided to Audiosightseeing Ltd for the purpose of ordering and purchasing goods are correct and that the credit / debit card used is registered in your name and that there are sufficient funds available for the cost of the goods or services ordered.
All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed (within 24 hours) by emailing info@londonaudiotours.com during normal office hours, ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number or where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to Audiosightseeing Ltd unopened together with the original invoice/copy of you confirmation email within 14 days of the placement of your order. Audiosightseeing Ltd will refund you the purchase price of the goods. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Audiosightseeing Ltd.
The purchase price of the goods (minus postage cost) debited to Audiosightseeing Ltd from your payment card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that payment card account within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Audiosightseeing Ltd in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.
Audiosightseeing Ltd reserves the right to refuse to refund any goods which are not returned in mint condition unopened in their original packaging at its sole discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
To exchange a faulty product please email delivery@londonaudiotours.com for return authorisation. Return the product in the original packaging (or wrap in secure packaging) by recorded delivery only. Upon receipt of the faulty product Audiosightseeing Ltd will dispatch a replacement product. We do test every single return, if the product is found not to be faulty by an independent tester we will return the product with a postage charge.
Credit and Debit cards are debited 48 hours prior to shipping by Audiosightseeing Ltd. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. Audiosightseeing Ltd aims to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock.
It is a serious criminal offence to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Audiosightseeing.com will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party (with the exception, in the processing of your payment, of Secure Trading our secure internet payment provider). We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy.
Products purchased in UK Sterling may be dispatched worldwide, products purchased in Euros or US Dollars cannot be dispatched within the UK.

Delivery postage times stated are approximate. Products will be sent to the delivery address given by you at the time of ordering. Please note that when shipping products internationally, they may be subject to opening and inspection by local customs authorities. Your product may incur import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination. Any such additional charges are to be borne by you.
For Christmas Deliveries, please order by the 10th December, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December due to unforeseen postage delays.
Audiosightseeing Ltd shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
This section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Audiosightseeing Ltd do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from Audiosightseeing Ltd negligence or wilful default, or that of Audiosightseeing Ltd employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation.
Audiosightseeing Ltd does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend information, prices, terms and descriptions of listed goods & products. Audiosightseeing Ltd shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price, you will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If payment has been debited from your payment card for the product and you choose to cancel we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms.
Audiosightseeing Ltd will amend errors and omissions as quickly as reasonably possible after being notified of them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law Audiosightseeing Ltd provides this Site and its entire contents on an ‘as is’ basis and expressly disclaims all representations & warranties of any kind, with respect to this site or the information, content, products included within the site including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability & fitness for a particular purpose.

If you receive goods which were not what you ordered, are damaged, defective, or are of a different quantity than stated on londonaudiotours.com, we shall, at our own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify Audiosightseeing Ltd of the problem in writing to Audiosightseeing Ltd registered offices or by email to sales@londonaudiotours.com within 14 working days of the despatch of the product. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
You and Audiosightseeing Ltd will only be liable under these Terms for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.
The products sold on londonaudiotours.com are provided strictly for private domestic and consumer use only. Audiosightseeing Ltd do not accept liability for any personal injury, indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of income or profit, loss of data, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products purchased from Audiosightseeing Ltd.
We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.
No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Audiosightseeing Ltd may amend these Terms without notice, and place the new version on the Site. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms
